Opened in 1899, Roanoke Country Club's 27-hole course was originally designed by legendary golf architect A.W. Tillinghast. The course layout features three nine-hole courses that can be played in three eighteen-hole combinations.

​

The Club offers a complete practice area, including a main driving range, a second short iron range, a short game practice green, and a practice putting green adjacent to the tournament staging area.

 

After more than 100 years, Roanoke Country Club, a founding member of the Virginia State Golf Association in 1904, remains among the premier private clubs in Virginia.
