Parking & Finding the Spa
The Hotel Roanoke is located at:
110 Shenandoah Ave NW Roanoke, VA 24016
Once inside the Hotel, the Spa is located at the end of the hall on the Wellness Level.
From the hotel's front main lobby, walk past the 1882 Bar, up the small flight of steps and through the closed door.
Hotel Parking:
The Spa provides a one-day complimentary parking pass for the Hotel's self-parking lot for our spa guests.
Self Parking Shuttle Service:
Try the new parking shuttle operating seven days a week:
8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. & 3:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
The shuttle runs continuously during these hours between the self parking lot and the main entrance.
Access Assistance:
If you are unable to walk to the spa or use the steps to our location, please inform us in advance of your arrival. Elevator access is available.
